(1) The Ministry shall prepare an annual report every year including the following subjects:-
(a) Details obtained from the monitoring and inspection conducted in accordance with section 39,
(b) Details of national and international activities related to climate change,
(c) Other necessary details.
(2) The Ministry shall submit the annual report as per sub-section (1) to the Council within two months after the end of each financial year. ..
